Jordan is proud to call Bismarck “home”. He moved to Bismarck right after graduation from the University of North Dakota so that he could make a career with a local law enforcement agency. Jordan has spent more than 10 years in Law Enforcement where he currently works as a Patrol Supervisor.
Jordan began to chase his dream in real estate in 2015 when he called upon his best friend Kendall and proposed that they go into business together. Jordan and Kendall attended real estate classes together and became licensed, thus starting their partnership of Vetter & West. Jordan and Kendall have closed more than 150 transactions since obtaining their real estate licenses in 2016.
A large portion of their client base have roots in law enforcement, firefighting, ambulance, military, or medical careers. In 2021, Jordan was proud to further his partnership with Kendall and join in partnership with Crystal, to create CORE Real Estate Advisors.
